(A.) Contact the local reseller where the purchase was made for timely support and local help.
(B.) If there is no after-sale service in your country, you may fill-out request on Contact us page. In this case, the cost of transportation and relevant insurance for the delivery of the Product to XPG shall be borne by you, and XPG shall cover the cost of all other transportation and relevant insurance when returning the Product back to you after Warranty Service completion.
(C.)Warranty application is only applicable to after-sales service in the region where the product was purchased, and does not provide cross-regional global warranty.
(D.)Cross-regional purchases made through online stores and platforms (such as Amazon, Newegg, Lazada, Shopee, AliExpress, etc.) will be subject to the limited warranty period provided by the country or region where such online retailer processes the transaction. If you are unable to obtain warranty service from your original point, you may obtain warranty service directly from Taiwan by sending your RMA product to Taiwan first. Both the customer and ADATA share the responsibility of covering the one-way shipping cost.
