1-2 The SSD is based on the TBW or Warranty period, whichever comes first.
1-3 The limited warranty conditions for NAND Flash-made products like SSDs / external SSD, Memory Cards and USB Flash Drive do not cover the following usage scenarios: video monitoring, security, surveillance, IP cameras, in-car recording, continuous, recording setup boxes, continuous data logging devices like servers, etc.
1-4 Important reminder: If you have an SSD with a heat sink attached, detaching it will void your warranty as it will be considered customer-induced damage.
1-5 XPG reserves the right to determine which products are eligible for repair.
