XPG PRIME 软件需要Windows 10及以上版本才能运行。

Please try the following steps in order:

1. RESET PRIME to Default
Move your mouse to the top-right corner of XPG PRIME. Hover over “Hi, Guest ” to reveal the “Reset” function. Click the Reset button to reset PRIME software to default settings.

2. RESET keyboard or mouse to Default
Keyboard: Hold FN + ESC for 5 seconds.
Slingshot Mouse: Hold Forward Button + Backward Button + DPI Button for 5 seconds.

3. Enter Settings menu and check both product firmware and PRIME versions. If either firmware is not the latest available version, please UPDATE to the latest version. 

4. If the problem remains, please Contact us and provide the following information: 
Product Firmware and PRIME versions.
Photos/Videos of the problem.
How to reproduce the problem (scenario or steps). 

在鼠标上方，玩家会发现有一个三角形的按钮作为 DPI 的选项设定，此按键的功能介绍如下：

DPI默认值是 400、800、1600、3200、6400 和 16000 (最高值)。当玩家在切换下一个 DPI 设定时，会显示不同的颜色让玩家知道。同步连接 XPG PRIME 软件时，最低 DPI 值可以调整为 100。DPI 的选择数量也透过软件设定 (最少一个、最多六个)。

下载并安装软件后，将鼠标以有线方式连接到 PC 后即可透过 XPG PRIME 软件进行客制化的设定。

XPG PRIME 软件提供 1 个主要功能：设定灯光效果。

玩家可以透过软件默认的灯光效果进行简易设定，或选择进阶设定进行更详细的选项，例如鼠标上的各别发光区域和亮度。
