*Currently AMD chipsets are showing an issue handling Human Interface Devices differently from other platforms. As such we temporarily had to restrict PRIME BOX on those platforms to synchronize with other devices via Canvas until a new driver is provided.
Please note that the main menu and the “Connected Devices” functionality are not affected by the issue, so PRIME BOX still has full functionality available on AMD platform for both Thermal Management and Lighting Control.
