Taipei, Taiwan, R.O.C. – November 8th, 2024– ADATA today announced its financial results for the third quarter of 2024, ended on September 30th, 2024. For January through September 2024, the company’s net income reached NT$2.47 billion, setting a new record for this period and surpassing the full-year net income peak of NT$2.36 billion achieved in 2021. Thanks to effective inventory management, the gross margin of 24.34% also marked a historical high for this period. Net income attributable to shareholders of the parent was NT$2.4 billion, representing an increase of 241% YoY. Based on 293 million outstanding shares, EPS was NT$ 8.21.
In the third quarter of 2024, the company’s consolidated revenue reached NT$9.4 billion, a 9.25% increase YoY. The gross margin rose to 21.41%, up from 18.51% in the same period of 2023. Operating profit increased by 55.92% YoY to NT$805 million, while net income was NT$641 million, reflecting a 50.62% increase YoY. Net income attributable to shareholders of the parent was NT$590 million, with an EPS of NT$2.01.
